TAPSS Community Care (Inc) trading as SHINE Community Services is a not-for-profit organisation. We represent the combined local government areas of Claremont, Cottesloe, Mosman Park and Peppermint Grove. The aim of the program is to support frail aged and disabled people in their own homes. We receive dual funding from the combined councils and state funding under the Home and Community Care (HACC) program.
